Why do you keep selling bonds to foreign counties? What are you using for collateral? Is it because the bankers followed that law they became wealthy? Maybe he "acts as" the Lawful President when there is a need. I find it interesting that the media actually points out when the Prez is acting "under his Constitutional authority" yet makes no mention when he is not acting constitutionally.
