Thread: Lawful money demand is "proof of life?"

So if I understand that post, we just need to go into our local IRS office and correct the status to go from being "dead" to being alive?

Does that give our demand for lawful money more weight?

I consider the whole cestui que vie trust structure on the 1666 statute a spoof - like an artificially constructed ghost. My reality on Planet Merrill indicates that for all intents and purposes if you can derive a wet ink signature out of a man or woman then you have proof of life.

...saving to suitors in all cases the right of a common law remedy, where the common law is competent to give it...

Proving competency is the key! The default judgment on the Libel of Review is still the more direct method available. You go into the admiralty by restricted appearance under the Law of the Flag; Exodus 13:16 and Genesis 1:27 to establish your birthright.
