    The buzz is that its all about a plan to defund the Affordable Healthcare Act. The AHA looks very economically dangerous. The question is how did it pass in the first place?

    Hmm what if the currency sets the forum. Like say an argument involving a specific set or brand of casino chips might be associated with a specific tribunal. Appropriations law is quite interesting.

    The trail it seems goes back to the Anti-Deficiency Act of 1884. An interesting question: why did it take until after the Civil War for Congress to have that strong of power of the purse? Other than a few ammendments the most popcorn trail leads us to an Attorney General Opinion Letter.
