Money is issued by people.

OK, but it is controlled by banks.

But in actuality, people only issue an authorization to lien the estate for a certain amount of "money" that is actually then issued as IOU's by the banks, NOT the people.

The banks, then, in turn, through fractional reserve lending and illegal securitization, create up to 30 times that initial amount that was authorized by the people, as "money".

So, to be fair, in actuality, the people do NOT issue most of the "money" in circulation today.

What is in circulation today is IOU's, operating AS money. It is not truly lawful money.

We at StSC are doing our part by demanding its redemption into lawful money via 12 USC 411.

But UBUNTU is meant to replace that whole IOU system of "money".
