My whole point I am going to go after them with is that government issued ID like DL, passport etc are not mine and belong to someone else that is not me and using them will be false identification and fraud because I am aware that the plastic is not me or mine. This violates the International covenant to human rights and freedoms.

Covenant - undertake to guarantee that the rights
enunciated in the Covenant will be exercised without
discrimination of any kind as to race, color, sex
, language, religion, political or other opinion,
national or social origin, property, birth or other
status”.

It comes down to domestic law breaking international law.
