One interesting thing about Missouri is that the following appears in its constitution since 1820.
In the original 1820 constitution (statehood came in 1821) it was at XIII, section 22. Note, two Federal Reserve banks in the same state....the military shall be always in strict subordination to the civil power.... Article I, Section 24, Bill of Rights of the Missouri State Constitution
