"Frothbucket" is a respectable young man I've gotten to know a bit, and was aware that he'd gotten himself invited to Shabibi's address when he was in DC in April. Shabibi and Maliki, currently the PM of Iraq, have publicly promised the Iraqi people within the last 6 weeks or so that what we call the "RV", and they call 'removal of the three zeros', will happen 'very soon', or even in Maliki's works 'before the sun goes down'. Euphamism, but telling. For the Iraqi people's sake, this needs to have happened long before now. But it will happen, and the more I learn about it, the more I am convinced of this if I had ever been in doubt.
