I wouldn't know, far from a persona with the office of corporate citizen in Utah, much less anywhere else.

Onlashuk and I tried to enter a Law Library near the courthouse in a Public University here and they would not let us in because we were not members of the state bar. That is all I needed to hear to confirm that them state laws were not written for me.

I give tours of the federal repository including the Government Documents area. I have heard similar stories about the Public Addresses and Papers of FDR and the Selden Society Case Law collection.
