If you listen at all I implore you to listen to Part 5 (40 Minute Mark) carefully because the alternate perspective is presented even if not accepted by Dr. Dale.
It is well published that George WASHINGTON was a Master Mason. Therefore the deliberations from New York that propogate METRO organization have always been intended because they conform to the Levite Inheritance - the cities and their suburbs. Even FDR was Governor of NY before he became President.
