Naperville Smart Meter Awareness president Malia "Kim" Bendis and group board member Jennifer Stahl were arrested Wednesday during a city smart meter installation.

Stahl was charged with interfering with an officer and preventing access to customer’s premises, both are city ordinance charges, according to the city of Naperville.

At Jenn Stahl’s home in Naperville, officers were forced to cut open a lock on her back gate to allow crews to get in to access her meter, when she refused to open the gate herself.

LISTEN to what the cop said: A trust could not stop the install. Right or Wrong?

"The farther backward you can look, the farther forward you will see."

Now what?
When you sign a contract with the service provider for electricity, most persons WAIVE rights to privacy and right of way into the property. All the equipment used to provide electricity to the home is the property of the company.

This person clearly does not know contract law nor how to control her own endorsements on said contracts. Trusts are another matter entirely.

Also, as EZ pointed out, she was served NOTICE and that was her chance to stop the amendment to the contract. Notice is nearly always given in such matters and nearly never properly refused for cause once given.
