As best I have seen though, that is still theory. I like your take but have heard about somebody who is still having troubles being recognized in these forms (forums). You suggest an Postal Service form too where when the Demand is made on the instrument instead of endorsement that is blatant and express trust outside the scope of the federal reserve and national debt.We do not need to be adding additional burdens upon ourselves and others that are outside the scope of the regulations in this regard. :-)
