I wish to share the experience of reading my newest gift - an original edition of Terrible 1313 Revisited (1963). A couple years ago now, as SuiJuris 1 was faltering for lack of Admin a fellow member commissioned me to run up to Denver where the Municipal League archives are stored. When I told the archiver that I was commissioned to research 1313 she gave it special import as though my unnamed client might be Illuminatti. She was very helpful and let me have free run of the copy machine, which all hardcopies have been mailed to said client, after I scanned them all in. I was free with my camera too!

My destiny seems in alignment with my heritage in that this was going down as I was born, I have a perpetual inheritance in the Patroons of NY and my Bill of Exchange cites the Freedoms and Exemptions (http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/544/charteroffreedomsandexe.pdf) granted to Patroons. Re: A Beautiful Mind by Oppie CUNNINGHAM the reader must keep in mind that the patterns I see may be like that shed by the creek with yarn and thumbtacks but just the same I see them: for example correct me if I am wrong but exactly 30-Day Judgment after ignoring this Settlement (http://img16.imageshack.us/img16/8445/billofexchange.pdf), August 13, 2001 was Judgment Day on September 11th? So you might understand better why I think the details, like WASHINGTON being sworn in by an improper quorum (look at NY on the Constitution - only Alexander HAMILTON - the central bank advocate?) on the steps of the Grand Lodge of NY by NY Chief Justice Robert LIVINGSTON (http://img253.imageshack.us/img253/6315/nyfreemasonry.pdf), the current Grand Master has some significant bearing on the course of this fine nation.

So please enjoy reading Terrible 1313 Revisited along with me. I will make some commentary as we go. I intend to attach the pages I have read as we proceed and maybe accumulate them in the downloads areas when I am finished.

Chapter One: (https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B1EaV_bU7VImZGhpRDVvaldlM1E)
The top of Page 17 brings to mind Governor Arnold, an actor suddenly a State Governor. He came to Colorado Springs for a three-week seminar at the UN styled Center for Creative Leadership (http://Friends-n-Family-Research.info/FFR/Merrill_Center_for_Creative_Leadership.wmv). As you cross the first ridge you see the Center in the distance like the City of Oz.
The top of Page 23 discloses the "river system" approach. This smacks of admiralty and the groundwork, survey and foundation for the Libel of Review. - Go into the admiralty by special visitation with ministerial authority (embassy) and establish the common law on land. This fellow, living off the grid (http://friends-n-family-research.info/FFR/Merrill_off_the_grid.jpg) in the middle of the City still lives in peace according to state court prayer (http://img818.imageshack.us/img818/6653/statecourtprayer.pdf).

Chapter Two: (https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B1EaV_bU7VImd2JfMlhwSDFhNWs)
This chapter brings to the front of my mind the Credit River Money Decision (http://img338.imageshack.us/img338/7137/creditrivermoneydecisio.pdf)and how the township jury was so maligned by the Minnesota Supreme Court. Along with this story is Jerry MAAS, long time clerk of the Township and his resignation letter:
Letter: Maas explains reasons for withdrawing from Credit River clerk race
Submitted by Lori Carlson on February 16, 2010 - 2:19pm.
To the Credit River Township Board and residents:
As you are all aware, township elections are to be held on March 9, and I have again filed for the position of clerk. When it came time to file for re-election this year, I had a number of thoughts on whether or not I should seek to continue in this position; there were several reasons for my uncertainty.
First, and foremost was the fact that a large number of residents had, and still do, support me and my personal feeling is that that carries with it a responsibility on my part to honor that support.
Secondly, I felt that I had a good idea of what the position involved and that I was doing a pretty good job at fulfilling the requirements of that position. I also felt that with 11 years of experience on the board and as clerk that this was valuable to the township.
However, in the last few months, the requirements of this position are taking their toll on my physical and emotional well-being. I will be 69 years old this summer and, yes, things begin to crop up when age begins to set in. This is a demanding, detailed and stressful position. For example, I’ve calculated that over the past 11 years. I’ve attended over 150 five-hour meetings on the first Monday of every month and then had the responsibility to transcribe those proceedings in the form of meaningful minutes. That works out to over seven months of one’s life where your evening has been spent at the town hall.
Recognizing that I was reaching the limit physically, I contemplated filing for the supervisor’s position, thinking that the time requirements might be less and my experience might still be drawn upon. I waited until the final day to complete my filing. I had sought the advice of a number of my friends and associates, and each recommended that I seek re-election as clerk.
The recent allegations by a Credit River resident point out that feelings are running deep on certain issues, particularly the question as to what form of government should be adopted.
Personally, I have not taken a position on the subject of incorporation, not that it makes a difference because the clerk does not vote on the issue. My only desire has been that the board gets enough information to facilitate a good decision. The other allegations made date back two to three years, and while there is a plausible and reasonable explanation for each, I don’t feel that arguing out such detail in the newspaper will accomplish anything at this time.
I find that I am now unable to carry on this campaign while continuing to perform my ongoing, day-to-day duties and still contribute to other areas of my life. My family has advised me that they just can’t see me giving my life over to this work anymore and point out that we don’t know how much time we will be able to enjoy together and wonder why I would put this position in front of being with them. I have three grown children and 11 grandchildren who very much wish that I would spend my remaining years close to them.
At the same time, I am also finding that this election process is costing me long-established friendships that I do not wish to jeopardize, especially when one realizes that I do not have an active vote in the decisions that affect the future of the township, only my opinions
When one considers that the basic functions of the clerk consist of oversight over the township records, filing papers, recording and compiling minutes and publishing and “tacking” notices to the town information board, one begins to realize that many people can perform these duties very admirably. As many of you are aware, I have extended my role by emphasizing communications with the residents on my own time and, while appreciated by a large number of my constituents, this has been met with considerable opposition on the part of a few and, quite frankly, it’s not worth it for all of the reasons previously listed
Underlined there, it would seem that some people were attacking Jerry simply for proposing the alternatives to incorporating the Township into the State.

The municipal jurisdiction moves extraterritorially which is of course international and maritime in nature. This video depicts (http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=f32_1355777163) the frustration people feel being arraigned (Do you understand the nature and cause of the accusation?) into admiralty when they are supposedly attending proceedings in common law on the land.
Ergo the Libel of Review (in America) based on diversity of citizenship. We (suitors) enter the admiralty by special visitation to notify the US government that we are men and women on the land. Municipal police did not comply and released the judges; all in support of an advanced condition of METRO 1313 organization, as Jo HINDMAN was predicting in 1963.
Regards,
David Merrill.
P.S. About that video;
I do not believe any judge is obligated to testify about his oath of office, or provide it. Rather the defendant (anybody for that matter) can find in the constitutions and legislation where the oaths of office for any officer are provided for a reasonable fee.

I have finished Chapter 3: (https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B1EaV_bU7VImZGx3bzBKNG81Qjg)
Page 38, near the bottom speaks of the State of Dade - Miami, in Dade County where 1313 was birthed, a pilot program. One peculiar outcome of METRO is when a City of grows to the territorial boundaries of the County where the City is seated. The electorate changes in nature to municipal, rather than what it was before - the County being of the State. One effect is that when somebody is prosecuted for evasion of State income tax, they are transported to Denver for the proceedings, rather than to be prosecuted in the county where they live. Denver County is the model for Colorado Home Rule Cities and Towns, formed under Article XX of the Colorado constitution. - Resignation of judiciary, I call it.
http://www.ecclesia.org/forum/images/suitors/Resignation.gif
The combinatorics of UN Charter Law prevail in Denver because the City of Denver has sprawled to the County of Denver borders, in the same manner that all of the Five Boroughs border-to-border are occupied by the City of Manhattan, City of The Bronx, City of Brooklyn, City of Staten Island and the City of Queens.
Here is a prime example (http://img34.imageshack.us/img34/6951/homerulerickstanley.jpg) of Home Rule overriding the constitutions.
Page 41, near the top - "There you have it, in the words of a Metro high priest." I am sure by the writing style that HINDMAN meant this figuratively but look at the breastplate of the Levite here:
http://friends-n-family-research.info/FFR/Merrill_Temple_gemstones.jpg
Page 43 - remember the link to the video above, where we ebike down the hill to the Center for Creative Leadership; Where Actors become Governors as I like to add? Consider all that territory I ebiked across. That was all private land and under METRO charter it has been designated Open Spaces here. That is what those "public" lands are called. The original owner/investors are allowed to still own those plats but they are not allowed to develop them in any way - even to put up a fence. There is one "landowner" who put up No Trespassing signs on the corners of his property but I am sure those signs were an infraction of the METRO ordinances and are gone by now. I should go look. His plat is on a steep hill to the left in the video so there were no trails on it, but any trails quickly become prescriptive easement and all he can do is put up those signs to attempt to prevent any trails from forming because once formed he cannot enforce his property rights at all!

David Merrill.

Many cities and towns in Europe were established by guilds.
The founders of the guilds were also administrators of the municipality.
From guilds, we also receive universities or a guild of students, teachers, and scholars.

Of course! I once heard that when Adam WEISHAUPT was looking for foundations he was thinking about a reading club (literary guild) but chose the Freemasons instead - the Bavarian Seers developing into the formal Illuminatti. I have always thought it mysterious that at the Mason Museum (http://img6.imageshack.us/img6/1628/masonmuseum.jpg) we find a rendition of George WASHINGTON that looks far more like Adam WEISHAUPT.

Chapter 4 was entertaining (https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B1EaV_bU7VImb08zeUNVM2ZOLVU).
I think that Urban Renewal succeeded in spite of Jo's hopes and remedies of 1963. Like I showed you in modern form Open Spaces where the owners still own the land but heaven forbid they develop it! That is just one example.
The more disturbing example here in Colorado Springs is how many years ago when the people voted down a new courthouse they got one anyway, complete with a new jail tower for all the inmates claimed by the new courthouse!
http://friends-n-family-research.info/FFR/Merrill_Sheriff_METRO.jpg
The people voted not to do it but the METRO organization machinery decided it necessary.
I brought this state court prayer (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1EaV_bU7VImeGhZZXVxZko4aVE/edit) up before in this thread. When the suitor and I were contemplating the bond necessary under the (admiralty) 2X Bond Rule E we thought it through. I had just finished my first reading of Legal Identity; The Coming of Age of Public Law by Joseph VINING. VINING's elegant writing style is rich with many points but the book in its entirety meant to me at that time that when we stand in our true names, we are stripped of TITLE and therefore are class action. We all have the basic same needs or maybe rather a title MAN or WOMAN.
When the CITY came and left notice that he had to call them to inspect his off-the-grid home so they could decide whether or not to tear it down that left us pondering what was the difference between this suitors lot/land and the people across the street? We found no difference except of course perception rather than knowledge. The man across the street was every bit by all appearances as much a man as any:
http://friends-n-family-research.info/FFR/Merrill_off_the_grid.jpg
It seemed obvious the difference was null. The bond therefore was being provided by the endorsers - the national debt then at $5.5T. On March 14 as indicated the stock market dropped by $11T as the US paid the bond, rather than face arrest. It was a bail bond and the City has left the fellow alone ever since.
When the manager of the Codes Enforcement retired a few years back some agents came over and spoke briefly with the suitor. When he would start disclosing details about his setup they actually would cover their ears and blah-blah-blah like five-year olds. They explained the new CE Manager just wanted a formality and would forget about him.
An eccentric neighbor kept calling police on his "illegal house" and reported him for "stealing electricity" several times. Once the police came and have never responded to her pestering.
The state court prayer is a work of art so far as I am concerned. It breaks down the power of words nicely. You will have to spend some time perusing it to appreciate it though. The results, the man living in peace outside the scope of METRO authority describe its power and authority in reality. Gadolinium 157 is the standard of the Table of Relative Weights that best optimizes it for maximum resonance (wholest whole numbers). However Germanium 72 works just as well (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1EaV_bU7VImQ3JNdm14Sko0VnM/view?usp=sharing). If you have ever encountered the 72-Fold Name of God (Exodus 14:19-21, each verse is 72 letters long (http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/7545/216gk.jpg)) then you might make some sense out of that and comprehend why it was no surprise at all.

David Merrill.

Please excuse my ignorance but when the U.S. "paid the bond", who did they pay it to? who received the funds? What became of the "money"?
Thank you for paying enough attention to form that question!
The money vanished. It began as debt and was forgiven. Many people lost their jobs though. People felt the loss in their portfolios. In the tradition of governments, the US government suffered no loss - it simply paid the bailment so as to avoid arrest pending trial.
I will develop waiver of tort (http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/1113/waiveroftort.jpg) later, I promise it will be coming up during my reading of the next chapters. This is my POSITION in VAN PELT. The numero-linguistics being Son (byn) of the Patroon (patron/palt) in the paleo-Hebrew found in Strong's Concordance. Waiver of Tort being my privilege to the CODE (http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/9064/waiverortortcitation.pdf).
I have particularly enjoyed Keith RICHARDS of Rolling Stone fame spoofing the heritage of the Dutch Indies Trading Company. Look at the first citation in the METRO 1313 - Head of the Beast (http://friends-n-family-research.info/FFR/Merrill_METROchapter1.pdf) article.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HrSj9fiGeTk
P.S. Thank you MJ! That is a great article. The timing is wonderful too as a reminder to cover how Colorado, in that same timeframe was never cured properly a Territory, and instead functions as a war chest for funding GILPIN's notes. Behold - the beginning of the income tax year:
http://imageshack.com/a/img540/5011/2TJp4x.jpg
P.P.S.
Being written from an obviosly British perspective in early 1865 it would seem that the 59'ers of Colorado was completely overlooked as a contribution of gold.

It is humorous to me what pomp and pageantry surrounds THE CODEX. Notice the two OLD [implies wise] men who convey the Code to the Alter [table]. It has already been established that Force will be used to ensure the code is obeyed. But then, after all the pomp and pageantry, nobody is willing to ask who Created the Code and why they are Subject to the Code.
In the stead, all fall silent at "Am I to understand that you will not be keeping to the Code?" Nobody wants a bullet in the head. And clearly the keeper of the Code is willing to stop at nothing to ensure its conformance. Of course IF the Codex was the Pirates Code and those at the Table were engaged in Piracy, then OF COURSE they were all subject to the Code.
Notice the folly in the dog bringing the key.

I am pleased to see you enjoyed it. Thanks for pointing out your observations.
The privilege in my family line, my heritage and perpetual inheritance (http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/544/charteroffreedomsandexe.pdf) within the METRO priestcraft is waiver of tort. See §6:
http://img837.imageshack.us/img837/4227/freedomsandexemptions1.jpg
This according to the Code of NY is the right to simply bill for a tort based in the facts. Like the true judgments (http://img444.imageshack.us/img444/613/defaultjudgmentmarks.jpg) we enjoy within the brain trust - res judicata until somebody can overturn the facts with more believable facts.

It may not be clear what you are looking at in the photo above - the Municipal League Archives on the second floor of the University of Colorado - Denver campus library. Look to the far end above and there are doors into the Archives partition way down there. I took this first photo below back in the direction you are looking from, inside the archives area. If you look to the ceiling features you might get oriented correctly. Turning to the right as you enter from the small office at the far end is a typical shelf, the first aisle featuring the copier I was given free rein with. The doors at the end are in the background behind the computer screen, where the archiver had some of my docs on the screen.

This is definitely a significant find! What is special about Colorado Springs is that on the West Side is (Old) Colorado City - the first capital of Colorado in 1861, linking it with MJ's contribution. Territorial Governor GILPIN (1861) made a significant contribution to the fiat history of American currency by issuing notes to pay the Union soldiers who spent the notes with merchants etc. and the merchants of course wanted money in redeemed notes. There was quite a stink that I will go into or link because I have covered that many times already.
Another interesting facet is my studies about the formation of the Territory itself at the federal repository on the SE Corner of the Golden Rectangle of Masonic Monuments (http://img266.imageshack.us/img266/710/monumenttended.jpg). I was unwittingly a protoge of the Second Chair for the California Jurisdiction - whatever that means to a Mason. Interestingly when I uncovered the history around Colorado being more a war chest than a Territory in preparation for the 1876 State, he began to become very short-tempered and even fighting mad with me. I felt that there was something to it but it took a few years to piece things together about what this would mean to him.
I will lay it out as we go, hopefully in terms laid out in the book.

Add who issued the bond and who redeemed it ?
Presuming the US government is a representative body politic the People issued the Bond. In the political structure more accurately - the Electorate. It was redeemed by the US government in supersedeas fashion to prevent having to stay in jail. There are better examples where the US government relenquishes claim and therefore jurisdiction is lost. [Listen to Minute Mark 20.] (https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B1EaV_bU7VImdFlmMC1zWkg5THM) As it is called the National Debt and is formed through endorsement the electorate of the jurisdiction, the Federal Reserve System were the payer's of the bond.
In this context I should point out again that when a municipal organization, a city, grows to the boundaries of the county or borough the nature of the electorate becomes municipal. It ceases to be governed by the federal union of states and becomes Home Rule Cities and Towns. Or another way to say it is the endorsers of the jurisdiction; Congress' Fed, paid to save it presuming that they were the investors in the Stock Market.

The issuer of a bond is the debtor.
The receiver of a bond is the creditor.
Who received the bond?
In the political structure more accurately - the Electorate. [Listen around Minute Mark 20. (https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B1EaV_bU7VImeW5odV9aR2tTeWs)] It was redeemed by the US government in supersedeas fashion to prevent having to stay in jail. As it is called the National Debt and is formed through endorsement the electorate of the jurisdiction, the Federal Reserve System were the payer's of the bond.
To redeem is to buy back. What exactly was conveyed or re-conveyed?
The electorate is the accommodation party?
If "the People" issued the bond with the FRS paying the bond, does that make the FRS surety for the bond?
In this context I should point out again that when a municipal organization, a city, grows to the boundaries of the county or borough the nature of the electorate becomes municipal. It ceases to be governed by the federal union of states and becomes Home Rule Cities and Towns. Or another way to say it is the endorsers of the jurisdiction; Congress' Fed, paid to save it presuming that they were the investors in the Stock Market.

What happened is that the bond was due in the amount of $5.5T and by the 2X Rule $11T was assessed (forgiven) from the Stock Market. I had not given a thorough assessment as to the parties except in terms of a jail bond. It is called Bail too.

Chapter 9 is very short. (https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B1EaV_bU7VImN01abGRqazRGVDQ)
The middle of Page 106 features our socialist friend Luther GULICK writing propaganda/social engineering warfare, belittling any official who would rather not be nurtured by METRO organization.
Metropolitan government is a present and dangerous innovation.

I am wondering how long the term social engineering had been around. Maybe Jo invented it here?

The foregoing video discovers the method in which the Public is controlled and manipulated by and thru the Ego. Admittedly it is a long video but I found it to be fascinating.
What is more intriguing to me is Social Psychology in terms of the Collective Mind and the Womb of Society. I love William Coopers BEHOLD A PALE HORSE - part I (remnantradio.org/Archives/articles/William%20Cooper/Behold.A.Pale.Horse%201.mp3)

The practice has been around since the dawn of man coercing man.
The term has been around for far shorter.

I scored one (http://jesse2012.com/1313.jpg) for myself; haven't got very far yet though. I did notice that image of FDR's speech that David likes to show...
http://img9.imageshack.us/img9/4556/governmentbondslarge.jpg
was from an Address before the Governors' Conference at the White House. March 6, 1933 (http://quod.lib.umich.edu/p/ppotpus/4925381.1933.001/48?page=root;rgn=full+text;size=100;view=image). Governors' Conference is METRO, number 3 on the diagram (http://jesse2012.com/1313foldout.jpg). So FDR was preaching to the choir there, and starts off saying "I have been so occupied since noon Saturday that I have not had a chance to prepare any formal remarks." So given more time to prepare he may not have admitted "if we can persuade people all through the country..." - how optional the scam is.
And can't help but wonder how METRO has grown since 1963. How many more groups and agencies all working towards a singular goal? And what about private companies... how do they feed into METRO or support it? I may have found an example of that.
I know a small company, let's say "Smallco," that purchased something, let's call it "System Box," from a large multinational company - GE. Typical for this large purchase Smallco signed a contract with GE that included a one-time purchase cost, annual license cost (to use System Box), and annual Support cost (to maintain System Box). When Smallco received the Support invoice it disputed the State sales tax charged. Smallco interpreted state law to mean personal & professional services (human services) were not taxable (exempt) in their State and said so to GE. Here is the exact reply Smallco received from GE:
GE [xyz] sells optional maintenance contracts as a bundled item which includes support as well as any enhancements or upgrades. According to the state of XX If these fees are not separately stated, the entire charge for the maintenance contract is subject to tax. I understand the customer’s statement that the support portion would not be considered taxable in the state of XX if the maintenance was broken out and separately stated. However that is not the way our maintenance contract was sold to the customer. The taxation is valid and the customer is responsible to pay. So GE chose to write the maintenance contract not to benefit itself (it just passed the tax on), but to the State. GE could have written the contract to save customer thousands in annual sales tax... but chose not to. It wrote the contract to maximize revenue to State [METRO?].

What happened is that the bond was due in the amount of $5.5T and by the 2X Rule $11T was assessed (forgiven) from the Stock Market. I had not given a thorough assessment as to the parties except in terms of a jail bond. It is called Bail too.
"Insurance" $5.5T + "Reinsurance" $5.5T = $11T?
GE could have written the contract to save customer thousands in annual sales tax... but chose not to. It wrote the contract to maximize revenue to State [METRO?].
Or perhaps GE attorney realizes something about the bill that the customer doesn't.

Re: cities and metropolis... it might be helpful to consider the following:
(i) cities (http://www.jubilee-centre.org/uploaded/files/City%20in%20the%20Bible.pdf)...aka 'municipal corporations (http://highboldtage.wordpress.com/2011/10/11/are-corporations-zombies/)' are per William BLACKSTONE said to be 'souless' and according to some quite imaginary;
(ii) there is such a thing as a metropolitan rank of bishop (i.e. associated with a "diocesan bishop" or "diocesan archbishop");
(iii) a homerule city might be or might be like unto a "colony" of a State ..my take is that because of the extent of devolving of sovereignty to a homerule city it could some ways 'peer' (stand shoulder-to-shoulder) with a State and thusly over-ride a State (sub-State) Constitution but not necessarily over-riding the Federal Constitution (arch-State) (nonetheless, a homerule city derives any added level of potency or sovereignty from somewhere);
(iv) Sargon/Cain (Gen. 4:16-17 (http://www.blueletterbible.org/Bible.cfm?b=Gen&c=4&v=17&t=KJV#16)) is said to have had a fancy for founding cities;
(v) residents of a city (i.e. 'strangers' or outsiders to the founding) might be regarded to be those who have contracted under its charter and are distinct from the creators or founders of a city and their successors.
P.S. A delegating sovereign separated by water from an inferior chief of a city seeking to enforce an obligation against such inferior chief of a city would likely have to enforce such obligation in admiralty. Also, a study was done concerning corporations and trusts and it was found that trustees took less risks than directors of corporations (i.e. directors of corporations are more likely to steal or perpetrate fraud). Obvious parallels can be drawn between the word 'land' and the word trust and similarly between the word city and corporation.
Evidence indicates that trust law is effective in curtailing opportunistic behavior, as trust managers charge significantly lower fees than their observationally equivalent corporate counterparts. (Joseph Warburton)
Consider "bailouts" "Enron" "crime" "drug trafficking" "MIT child pornography" "theft" in such perspective.

Luther, the Communist was mentioned again but not in context of the Colorado Springs Conference. It is still a little mystifying that reference that the Conference is the parent force of METRO but so little mention of the City of Colorado Springs in the book itself.
Maybe it was just a mood but I thought having the time stamp on the posts would help make it more enjoyable like we are reading the book together. To complete the experience I have the Appendices too (https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B1EaV_bU7VImMy14ekROcndMbUU/edit).

Its about spiritual warfare. That is what they are waging and doing (i.e. witchraft/sorcery) under the guise of 'academic philosophy'. The Book of Ephesians seems to give insight as to how to win. WWII was a manifestation or shadow of spiritual warfare. The attack on the Americas is a continuance. Promoting the idea of man-made political entities as being superior to mankind is to promote men to worship the creatures of men. Simple truth easily overturns their lies..that works in our favor.

I like that mental model. It starts to get subjective but I agree. Spirit (in the small "s") is operating on the same level as mind so maybe Mental Warfare works too.

I command you to
1. Surrender on Demand:
Persons requested to deliver property must surrender upon demand. IRC 6332(d) imposes personal liability upon the person refusing to surrender upon demand and further applies a penalty of 50% of the value of the property they refused to surrender. Defenses to failure to surrender and governing case citations are at IRM 5.17.3.5.3.5.
2. Reasonable cause
The 50% penalty is inapplicable where failure to surrender property was with “reasonable cause.” {top}

The judge, the irs, the secretary, sees you as a person so "If any person liable to pay any tax neglects or refuses to pay the same within 10 days after notice and demand, it shall be lawful for to collect such tax ... by levy ... " the suit seeks a judgment declaring that taxpayer "owns" the property notwithstanding the state of title.
Remember 28 USC § 453 - Oaths of justices and judges you lost. So to be a good judge and obey what is dictated to them by the codes and their statues then no harm will come to his/her and their family, and we in turn they will give them a raises and promotions.
You cannot let their alter ego get in the way of getting of our interest using the private credit we gave them to use.
These Persons are governed by our code as you are because we own them we created them and we created you and these laws, codes and statues will be kept and honored and you will keep them bankrupted as we did this nation.
Have you seen a valid assessment signed by the secretary under penalty of perjury? Secretary of the IMF.
So how is it that Genesis 1:27 goes to these courts and represents him/herself? A doctrine used by the courts to ignore the corporate status of a group of stockholders, officers, and directors of a corporation in reference to their limited liability.
The silver bullet theory loses all credibility in courts of law. Many legal cites can be found where people have made this argument.
The IRS reads sentence one of §6331(a) and the judge throws out the theory. I wish the theory were true, but it will not work in court.
In my work you'll find the difference between truth and fiction.
The Truth Behind IRS Levy and Seizure deals only in provable truth, everything else is discarded. http://www.supremelaw.org/copyrite/dasia.net/taxfree.htm

You know, I believe I meant to post that to some other thread. But was reading multiple threads and got a bit mixed up at the time. But yes I suppose still, mental warfare. Some suggest there to be a difference between the psychic realm (men and animals) and Divine Mind.

I had a look at the page numbers for chapter 7 and saw that they went from 78 to 91.
For chapter 9 the page numbers go from 102 (Chapter heading so look on the right page) to 109.
So chapter 8 is definitely not there. There are about 10 pages missing which would be about right (that would be 5 images according to the way you have taken the pictures).

David,
In post # 9 you, in part, wrote this:
Can you explain what you/suitor did? Also the state prayer link is now defunct.
I have a friend who deeded his house over to the father in heaven and he is now having problems in that the state 'sold' his 'delinquent tax deed' out from under him even though they had no legal right to do so (his deed shows that the father in heaven owns the house). How can he apply what this chap did? It seems that you helped him. I would like to know what this guy did to be left alone.
