Looking deeply makes me wonder about KENNEDY wording the Letter without specifying if he retires or resigns. Look in the Notes. He uses the word "end" intentionally being unclear?

    I found an article- https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senior_status

It may seem I am spending far too much attention on this but out of two Registered Priority mailings with a notice to the Dragon Court, both with the same contents to Scottish Rite and the United Nations, both have gone awry in transit. The one to the Boys at the 33° has a note I have never seen:

Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility.
That one is five days late like they figured delaying through Friday would give them the three-day Veteran's Day weekend. The one to the UN left the Seattle area and not a whisper online since the 6th!

Your item departed our USPS facility in SEATTLE, WA 98168 on November 6, 2018 at 11:52 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.
Since the notice contains a solid true bill I am not too surprised. At the last minute I put in the information about KAVENAUGH and that fishy Witness signature. Even if it is KENNEDY signing Witness, it is a hot potato. Most interestingly though, in contrast to all the federal "judges" with "SO HELP ME GOD." bond-dodging, the KAVENAUGH oaths simply seal indictment on the entire judiciary!

Any way about it, KENNEDY should have been specific by using either the word resign or retire. Especially considering the distinct deterioration in his ability to write and sign legibly. It causes me to imagine American mobster TRUMP orchestrating the swearing like managing his gambling casinos.

'When any judge of any court of the United States, appointed to hold his office during good behavior, resigns his office after having held a commission or commissions as judge of any such court or courts at least ten years continuously (or otherwise), and having attained the age of seventy years, he shall, during the residue of his natural life receive the salary which is payable at the time of his resignation for the office that he held at the time of his resignation. But, instead of resigning, any judge other than a justice of the Supreme Court, who is qualified to resign under the foregoing provisions, may retire, upon the salary of which he is then in receipt, from regular active service on the bench, and the President shall thereupon be authorized to appoint a successor; but a judge so retiring may nevertheless be called upon by the senior circuit judge of that circuit and be by him authorized to perform such judicial duties in such circuit as such retired judge may be willing to undertake, or he may be called upon by the Chief Justice and be by him authorized to perform such judicial duties in any other circuit as such retired judge may be willing to undertake, or he may be called upon either by the presiding judge or senior judge of any other such court and be by him authorized to perform such judicial duties in such court as such retired judge may be willing to undertake.
P.S. I have never had any trouble with Registered Mail before.
