This seems to be about passports so I wish to ask my question here.

Since courts seem to operate on maritime, is it valid to use a passport to identify yourself before going into a courtroom? If the venue for the court is vessel in dry dock under maritime?
Reason behind this is a passport authorizes you to enter foreign lands and ships/vessels as it should have a seal stamped on them.

Or is this just hogwash?

Indeed I over-stand that but we all have contracted with the DC form of government. It's their property though. If I walk into a courtroom, without proper authorization from the Secretary of State, in which happens to be a foreign land, then I could be held in contempt of court. Indeed the fact that we bind ourselves to accept liability of the corporate structure of the BC and the SS# when we do not have to is an issue. But SS# is elective. It is not mandatory. Based on the POMS manual from SSA you can withdraw and close your account by written statement and the return of the SS# card to your SSA office. Then leaves the BC issue. which can play in your favor. Just record the live birth record that creates evidence prior to the birth cert. being created. A birthday and a birth-date are two different things. Only a man can use common law. I ask because, it could be a military court you walk into one day. They normally don't care about your ability to understand law because those laws do not apply in a maritime claim court.

One example is here about lawful money. I read the saving to suitors clause over and over again trying to figure out how a maritime clause that provides common law remedy is tied to a bank. It wasn't until I learned that all federal reserve banks are maritime lenders which caused that piece of the puzzle to fall into place for me. The IRS only process claims in maritime, which is why they most often win. Most courts don't even know how to proceed in maritime either. Point being, a Maritime claim could be in a maritime court or venue and you need proper authorization to be in that court. The Real ID act of 2020 is about to roll out which supports this as well. As the driver license is not a proper form of ID.

I do over-stand what you are saying. It's tied to Commerce and not the private. Do things in Persa Persona (I believe that is spelled correctly) and ex-rel the other stuff with no plea. Ask why you are there and by what authority. But to ex-rel, I believe you have to be in your proper status.

I may not be following the conversation topic but I figure the "courtroom" is something called Customs. It is here that your allegiance is recorded and registered with the Department of State.

I believe the purpose is so that if you get into trouble and can manage it, you can try running to that particular embassy for refuge and asylum. The nation on your passport is the asylum state.

Consulate and embassy are in the heart of the 'saving to suitors' clause' of 1789. This is why Russia and China were integral to my appointment of TRUMP as CEO, to execute a proper bankruptcy restructure of the United States. As a club we are lacking organization under government.

I do not believe that is true at all. With real persons going through a personal bankruptcy, they do not dissolve the personage. And many times if things are not going as well as or better than the Business Plan projected, a CEO can simply dissolve the corporation, restructure and pick up with new capital under a new name. One thing that amazes me is how the man most think is President has earned billions in collusion with the Russians upon the human frailty of addiction, chiefly to gambling but all the other receptors are present within the casino empires this one man has built.

So I think that the unusual thing about this bankruptcy would be how Congress played its deceptive role, and never even mentioned raising the debt ceiling, not that I was really paying much attention. But this same Congress is playing ignorant that the artificial person, the United States has not bothered changing its name. So legally I feel that Congress would be required to pass a bill excluding the US from that requirement - to open after restructure under a different name like corporations do.

I do not watch such things close enough to speak with certainty. And I certainly understand how inconvenient it would be to change the name of the United States. But it seems to be a discrepancy in the traditions of trust law.

I'm sorry for taking so long to respond. Life sorta happened is the best way to describe it. I had to read the posts again to realign my thoughts to the point I was trying to get at. I was only referring to the seat of government itself. Not the actual person. From my thoughts, if the international bankruptcy mandate of 70 years is over, then the debt should have been forgiven. DC should have been shut down, then restructured or reformed for other purposes for the people because it no longer operates under bankruptcy. Also, the Birth Certificate system should have been dissolved with it as well correct? DC was incorporated to allow it to operate in commerce which Congress controls. I view it as they're personal shield of protection IMO.
