How can they keep getting away with this? Racism notwithstanding, this type of official persecution has to have a way to be stopped. It is really not even corruption, if these people operate as organized crime, there has to be a way to stop this activity and behavior.

It is mainly because so many people have been more interested in getting their latest fill of McDonald's, sex, sports and porn rather than actually bothering to get their head around the law.
