Amazing synchronicity. I used that Cold Case just recently for KAVANAUGH and GORSUCH to review the use of the TWEA, in a habeas corpus with the income tax treated like a prison.

There are some things the layman must develop an eye for.

1. there are two oaths - civil and judicial
2. Chief "Justice" Roberts will not sign a correct judicial oath
3. GORSUCH was an administrative hearing officer as Circuit Justice
4. GORSUCH as Circuit Justice signed an illegal "combined" oath

The "combined judicial and civil oath" is allegedly an invention of the US Supreme Court. It is illegal because the USSC is not a legislative body. The US Supreme Court has no authority to be revising federal oaths of office. Only Congress can do so.
