to be clear: North Carolina is the kings plantation but if the king took loans, then naturally the king might leverage his plantations as security in case of non-performance. Therefore there is an estate arising out of North Carolina = State of North Carolina. Said estate is in my opinion the collection district for the Crown.
While the king did not release control of his plantations, he in fact set his subjects free. Therefore to say we are slaves is a lie. Yet, a debtor is slave to the lender. We can easily put shackles on our hands and feet in commerce.

I mean they don't even have to put a guard at the door. I owe, I owe so its off to work I go....
So not to be clear:
The United States of America is NOT United States is NOT United States of America is NOT America. But who cares, I am without all of those trusts anyways, yet, I can do business with each, I suppose. Meaning, I am not Settlor. And therefore I can have my place IN the Sovereignty but I am NOT the Sovereignty as I am not the Settlor.

Perhaps since man came from the dust and the subjects are free so is the other lands, therefore the parcels in the grants from the kings are just being held in usufructuary waiting for the usufruct to come take ownership or for the Estate to come take ownership?
