    NOTICE of INDEMNIFICATION

i, a man, aka John Henry, am the certificate
holder of the registered United States property
identified as JOHN HENRY DOE, which has
complete indemnity against all claims as
handled by its designated administrator and
usufructuary in accord with 12 USC 95a(2), 50
    USC App 7(c) &(e), Lieber Codes 31 & 38 and
    1907 Hague Article 55.

Above could be on front of a card. Perhaps put Kate's phrase below on the back:

I am the witness to the NAME fraud being
perpetrated here and I have the prima-
facie evidence of that fraud in my hand.
On and for the record, is it NOW your
intent to entice me into slavery?

      Look who's quoting Shakespeare.
The United States Department of Justice web page starts of their question and answer page with...

What Are Identity Theft and Identity Fraud?

"But he that filches from me my good name/Robs me of that which not enriches him/And makes me poor indeed."
      - Shakespeare, Othello, act iii. Sc. 3.

Conversely, imposing an identity on someone is a violent assault.

I find it ironic that DOJ is so concerned about identity theft that they quote Shakespeare about protecting identities, yet daily its agents are engaged in imposing fictional identities on people.
