Your lawful money is inside the Treasury Department.

Cruz wants to scrap IRS, but that's easier said than done http://news.yahoo.com/cruz-wants-scr...-election.html

The IRS collects more than $2.4 trillion every year, and who does the IRS turn over the federal reserve notes to, [Search] The Federal Reserve paid $79.6 billion to the Treasury Department in 2013.

Any politician that says they are going to scrap the IRS is full of it. The government has myriads of other taxes it collects and you need an organization to collect it. Taxes are too grey....not black or white. The IRS needs it wings clipped for sure, however congress needs to make taxes more black and white so there is no discretion and mushyness allowing the agency to say everything is income. Tax law should always favor the common human and force the agency to prove its case before taking any action.

The FRB is supposed to pay over to the U.S. Treasury. If the FRB rolls up, its supposed roll up into the U.S. Treasury. That is well known.
