    In looking at the transcript or register of actions, you'll see the only record is what she has placed on record.

    Her record was lawful, even though she basically admits to having her seatbelt harness under her shoulder.

    I really like this example.

    It looks like the "nolle prose" (probably nolle pro se) evolved from her motion to dismiss. Can you sanitize that and show us?

          I find we really need to address this redaction of the size of images. The largest I could see the Motion was 432 pixels wide! I fashioned a rendition sanitized the same:
