    UN Treaty by Political Pressure

    I found this interesting.

The United Nations treaty about smacking children can only be enforced through political pressure. I deleted the subjective segment, points of view about the smacking itself and kept the legal/political viewpoints.

There is a book titled: "The Enforcement of International Law Through Municipal Law In the United States" (Philip Quincy Wright). I used to have a physical copy. Its available via books.google.com. Could the word 'municipal' be synonymous with 'personal' as opposed to 'territorial'?
All rights reserved. Without prejudice. No liability assumed. No value assured.

"It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter." Proverbs 25:2
Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. Thess. 5:21.
