I just search for "411" in these types of attempts. If people cannot see the remedy in what Congress (1913) intended then I suppose one executes the insanity of trying the same old thing over and over again.

The order states:
ORDERED that petitioner's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed October
18, 2013, is denied. It is further
ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, this case is dismissed for lack of
jurisdiction.

Forgive my lack of legal savvy... the petitioner's Motion to Dismiss is denied and yet the case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction? Can you explain?

The petitioner's cause failed to acquire jurisdiction. I started the thread however on the dismissal order alone. I did not read the petition but imagine that it was based in the same argument style.
