    Administrative Arbitration is a Hoax

Through the brain trust recently it is becoming so simple to understand.

I have known for decades that administrative law, as the fourth branch of government cannot exist without judicial oversight. I learned that from American Jurisprudence 2d. For several years now I have been completely convinced that no official can alter the oath of office and still be properly bonded. If you make a stand, the office is null and void because of the deviant oath.

The 'saving to suitors' clause of 1789 makes things quite clear that if there is no competent common law (judiciary) then things default to admiralty law.

    1789 Judiciary Act
Therefore, I hope you enjoy a recent example of process. This suitor is a federal employee and she gets her lawful money refunds processed okay, but they spend them for her on the frivolous penalties they assess, from her valid returns?

Only an attorney can make sense of that.
