PNC Bank Credit Question and Complaint

Since I posted this my parents have gotten involve with this and etc. In which I'm glad that they are. Still I'm forced to pay this off with their help.

This started all back in sept of this yr because of automatic payment system. In which they changed and they didn't tell me about or maybe didn't pay that close attention to it. Or whatever the case was.

Have already tried the bank and the credit service with virtual no luck. Was also forced to pay some of it when I shouldn't have.

Now, I'm still wondering how do I go about stopping this and etc? Because to me this is unlawful and etc.

If your bank or credit union will not communicate with you it is difficult to understand how they are billing you!
