I feel for him. The only ones in that video with the "constitutional rights" were the "Ninjas". I know this because in my case (when I wore the Ninja uniform) there was never even a question if the Constitution applied to me. The attorney I worked with made that clear from the start.
Yet for the previous few years I had seen defendant after defendant who had their rights violated and brought up thoses facts face harsh assaults by judges and attorneys in the court room.
Now I know why, and this guy is as blind to the facts as I was.Comment
