Common Law Grand Jury

Hello All,
I'm new to this blog and to the court process. I'm learning about Common Law as our remedy in the courts. I'm currently in arbitration as the 'aggrieved/plaintiff' and would like to move this into a common law trial by jury if the arbitrator and defending liaryer decide to abrogate my rights. Are there people here knowledgeable in this topic for discussion? Thanks.

With the Arbitration Clause of whatever contract, you consented to administrative procedure. I am sure of it. Take a look.
