For over a year, the clerk of court DOMURAD has been quietly filing claims, refusals for cause and other causes by several suitors. After a while he started making a note, non-party. Therefore the clerk (KAHN) was saying that I am the only party to the Constitution of the entire class action.
With a new suitor DOMURAD has acknowledged that this is indeed a class action by interpreting the joinder as a Motion to Joinder.
