High atop the summit (called 'Ardos') of Mount Sion (also known as Mount Hermon (also 'Armon') over 9,000 feet above seal level is a United Nations base. Sion? No that's not a spelling error, Sion not to be confused with Mount Zion. Mount Sion is not Mount Zion. Mount Sion is another name for Mount Hermon (see Deut. 4:48). Mount Sion is not Mount Zion. Mount Sion is Mount Hermon. Mount Hermon is said to be located at approximately 33.33' N degrees Latitude and 33.33 E degrees Longitude (based on Paris meridian rather than Greenwich). Note: the Louvre Pyramid is 2.335556 east of Greenwich.
According to source, lat./long. based on the Paris 0 meridian 2.20 degrees East of Greenwich.
Mount Hermon is associated with the Canaanites which are said to have gone into league with the Fallen Angels referenced at the Enoch 6:6 (some suggest the Book of Enoch to be regarded as an accurate history rather than to be 'inspired') and Genesis 6. From the map immediately below, it is shown that Mount Hermon was situated in Phoenicia (the time frame of the map is yet to be determined).
Mt. Hermon and the Book of Enoch
The connection between Mount Sion aka Mount Hermon and the Book of Enoch is well known.
And they were in all two hundred; who descended in the days of Jared on the summit of Mount Hermon, and they called it Mount HermonChapter 6, Book of Enoch
The Tribe of Dan, Edom and the Canaanites
The Tribe of Dan is conspicuously missing from the list at Revelations 7. There are those who suggest that scripture points to the tribe of Dan having inherited or succumbed to pre-flood practices of the Canaanites (who themselves were associated with Mt. Hermon). Furthermore, Esau took Canaanite and Ishmaelite wives. There seems to be a strong connection between events unfolding today, Edom, the tribe of Dan, the Canaanites, Mount Hermon, Genesis 6 and Enoch 6.
