At first it appears un-Constitutional. Unless of course it's setup only for their private club/ district/ entity.
Prior to all this, on some alternate "channels," I heard some talk of an interim government, temporary (6 mos or so) until fair elections were held. Recently, I heard some chatter that the members of this "SuperCongress" would be named Aug 15th. And further that they would be a "caretaker group" (possibly because many of our current leaders would be under arrest).
