Greetings to all new members.
I feel like I'm walking around in a brand new house that's still mostly empty, looking through all the rooms, wondering what the decor will look like when it's all done.

I cannot seem to get an avatar going for my user-name.
When I go to EDIT AVATAR I find a checked circle next to "Do not use an avatar" and I cannot un-check the circle.
