An ATM doesn't balk at redeeming lawful money. It doesn't need to call for a consult with a manager. Although I high recommend a NOTICE recorded in a public venue such as a District Courthouse, county recorder or National Republic Registry and then issue certified copies to the bank and IRS as desired.Comment
