I'd like to second that recommendation. David Wilbur Johnson's materials helped me to establish a foundation in the law as it applies to real estate and real property. But he only goes so far in those audios before he reaches the limit of his knowledge. One needs to supplement that with other sources of information in order to fine tune one's understanding with regard to other issues such as property taxes.
