It wouldn't surprise me if they are sodomizing the girl, imagining her to be a boy in the process with plans to have her undergo surgery. All of it is sickening because zero regard is held for the child. Children should not even be exposed to such topics. The State should be involved in protecting the children rather than the fantasies of their sodomite captors.
