    Illinois Man Faces 75 Years in Jail for Filming Police

    I'm still digging around to see if I can find the statute this article is talking about.

    (720 ILCS 5/) Criminal Code of 1961.

    I suppose they are saying his camera is an eavesdropping device due to the audio recordings and thus didn't get everyone's consent.

      Perhaps CBS news can put pressure on Lisa MADIGAN's office. I'll contact that office the day after Labor Day - to implore MADIGAN to call off the dogs, or else lose some votes!

      This is ridiculous!
