Do I Have to Have?

David Merrill has always been my name. I was conditioned to form another name - David VAN PELT. So that became my name by the common law definition. But it is not my name so I can abate any cause for misnomer and never plead; to not be arraigned.

Another favorite approach is somebody telling you that you have a Last Name! Or a SSN. Or even a birth certificate. If somebody else can tell you what you have does this not impair your property rights? Did you just lose control of what you have?

Still through experimental test results it is my conscience that when anything is registered into a foreign government corporation it is abandoned into that pubic trust.

Depends on if one has use of allodial property vs. Lawful possession.

On another note your on the right track with the misnomer, one of the four corners that is becoming a staple response is that " I was not properly noticed ". This means they noticed the birth name instead of the name for the real man. Who has Bona Fide proof of claim who owns the name? All you have is an artifact of discovery, then comes the paper slide with the COLB/BC if one is threatened with force to identify the name.(keep many certified copies on hand) But by them doing that they just nullified their claim against you 18 United States Code, Section 242. Note: The mentioning of the code is not for my benefit, but for the benefit of the court officers who may be reading this, we would not want them to continue their claim to insist on injuring themselves. Live as a Peaceful Inhabitant, sometime it is almost like speaking from a point of view as a parent would to a child.
