P.S. I suspect when the historic links of some systems or events to ancient or modern Babylon become apparent, a lot of things might become clearer. Also, P2ALM may or may not be forgetting about Sykes-Picot which put the former Ottoman Empire under France & co. ISIL to knowledge is specifically out to undo Sykes-Picot.

The point being, the over-fixation on Rome and Roman Europe might make one forget that Rome was seen as legs of Babylon in Daniel's vision. I believe it was Umberto Eco who in his book Foucalt's Pendulum suggested that the major secret societies trace back to the Middle East and might even make their headquarters there. One alleged Illuminati insider (Leo Zegami) suggested that their primary HQ or base of operations is in Turkey. Imagine being so busy looking at the feet, forgetting about the head. What is the significance of the mind that controls the feet?
