Much of family law in the United States of America and in the Dominion of Canada was imported from the Soviet Union along with the social diseases that hit the Soviet Union due to the Soviets/Bolsheviki waging war against the family. There is zero biblical basis for communism. The effect of the Soviet family law system was basically to turn females into state hookers and breeding posts and make normal intimacy between men and woman into a terrible tax for men. No-fault divorce allowed a state hooker or state-farm breeding post to deceive a man into a marriage contract without the man getting the required consideration of marriage. While many woman might bask in the alleged 'liberty' the result is that they have become moreso chattel property of the State rather than the property of any one man.

Dont be fooled its not "Blacks" its not "poor Whites" its institutionalized destruction of the family structure along with rogue females willingly playing along for profit and pleasure.

The family structure is what kept women and children from being abandoned by irresponsible men and is what kept them under lifetime protection of watchful, caring men.
