    Aggressive Cops vs Speeding Lieutenant - Things are so out of control in the USA...

    A Miami police officer pulled a car over for speeding last month, which turned out to be a plainclothes internal affairs lieutenant who shoved the door open on the officer after refusing to provide his drivers license,


    If they do this to one of their own, then what chance does the average person have when dealing with heavy-handed LEO's ?

      One interesting thing about Missouri is that the following appears in its constitution since 1820.

      ...the military shall be always in strict subordination to the civil power.... Article I, Section 24, Bill of Rights of the Missouri State Constitution
      In the original 1820 constitution (statehood came in 1821) it was at XIII, section 22. Note, two Federal Reserve banks in the same state.
