    This is in perfect accordance with the principle set down by the Messiah when confronted about taxes.

    Read Mt 22:15-21 and notice especially that it had to do with the "image" on the currency.

    The One Dollar Bill has 2 images (authorization/ownership seals) on it - Federal Reserve (LEFT) and The Department of the Treasury (RIGHT).

    We are choosing the image on the RIGHT when...

    This recent letter from Timothy GEITHNER ends with a bang! Thank you Member Here for pointing that out. I tend to gist and expect the important stuff is at the beginning of documents but now understand why GEITHNER might have wanted to hide this at the end, where fewer people might understand the full impact of the Treasury selling Mortgage-Backed Securities. (Redundant source.)

    If you have ever followed my links over to Quatloos I am sure you find it quite a perplexing notion, that I would spend any time annoying such a group of children, when they so venomously despise me for showing them the truth about history and law. There is a small gang of folks who dwell on what they percieve to be my lifestyle, speculating on what they believe to be true about what I think etc. and there are a few outstanding resources - attorneys who like to execute legal vitiations on me - being attorneys they are sometimes successful and I come out of the squabble a little bruised but almost always do I learn some very valuable lessons. Prof, Judge Roy Bean and Wserra are in my experience seasoned attorneys and you might remember Shoonra the Useful from SJC (Suijurisclub - now defunct but replaced by the forum Suijuris Club and of course here at StSC).

    Three Days Left to R4C!

    Sorry about the short notice but I just realized this myself. Listening to this morning's BBC World News a few times through helped put the pieces together. Pay particular attention to the somebody to volunteer part. (Voluntary Compliance)

    Today is traditionally the 150th Tax Filing Deadline. Notice this year that there has been a three day extension to that Deadline - the 18th instead of the 15th.

    That is your time to R4C by non-endorsement - what the banks call Restricted Endorsement.

    Default is Default

    I am speaking informed by only a couple minutes of last night's local News.

    The US Government has defaulted on the National Debt. I say that because Congress did not raise the Debt Ceiling as warned by Timothy GEITHNER a few weeks back.

    All the Congress did was postpone the Government Shutdown for a week when it will manifest itself in some $30B in spending cutbacks.

    Did anybody else get that?

    Government Shutdown, Quantitative Easing - Caused by "Them"?

    I was startled when I heard somebody try to convince me yesterday that, They are buying their own bonds... that is called Quantitative Easing. The dichotomy is based, in my opinion on a common misperception that people, ordinary people can sign the endorsement area on the backside of their paychecks without acting as Fed banks in the Federal Reserve Act. In other words, the "Them" in comments like I heard is actually "The Bankers" - which is actually "Us" considering the vast amount of Americans who still endorse private credit from the Fed.

    This morning I heard the first full five-minute broadcast about the immanent Government Shutdown. As we start into discussions here on the forums about my publication of lien for $20M as the US Government struggles with a default on its obligations, I hope we can all keep in mind Remedy, as it is written into the law.

    I believe this article from below, led to this article on the same Webpage. It is quite sensational and from my perspective completely unsubstantiated. However I pay attention to it because there are two likely reasons the articles came into existence.

    1) A truck driver unloaded in a Chinese base just across the border;
    2) Somebody designed the rumor around that same potential scenario.

    With my hope - America? Or A-China-Ca below - that arrangement to setoff the account deficit with China is to deliver the lion's share of commercial conquest named Iran, I am certainly hoping the citing is a hoax.

    CEO President = USA Corporation?

    Watch this Congressman say so at about the 4:45 Minute Mark.

    Too bad that the congressman does not hold the authority to make the USA a corporation by saying so. If he did, I would think of the USA as a corporation even without articles of incorporation and soforth.

    It seems any day though that we might see more of that if Congress does not approve the new $15T+ Debt Ceiling. The US government will default on its debts and we will see who gets receiveship. That might give us a clue whether the USA is a corporation or a body politic, and whether the congressman was speaking literally or figuratively.

    People have been telling me about three or four bills like this one passed in Utah. It feels a little like something Eugene SCHROEDER, author of War and Emergency Powers fell into many years back in Denver.

    After quite the struggle SCHROEDER was finally able to get a hearing in the Colorado capital building about this issue. The big day arrived though, standing room only and one senator short of a quorum. They asked Eugene if he wanted to continue. Well, of course he did! But the meeting was for naught - because they had no quorum to act on it. It was just an intelligence gathering meeting.

    I am talking about the trust in place called Constitution.

    I recall how saddening and omenous it was to me to hear about over half the population of Africa was testing HIV positive. To me that meant at the time, maybe 1990, within five years one half of Africans would be dead. At the time battling AIDS showed little hope.

    About that same time somebody brought my attention to the Georgia Guidestones. - Complete with a first Guideline to cull the human population. This news was not by Internet - rather a charismatic Christian couple went there and showed me photos.
